1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is GASSAY SRL, which runs the cultural café Frénésie (Boulevard Anspach 177, 1000 Brussels, company number 1034.781.152). For any question, or to exercise your rights, write to us using the contact details at the top of the page.
Frénésie has not appointed a data protection officer: the law does not require one for an organisation of our size.
2. The data we process, and why

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for targeted advertising and we take no automated decision about you. A booking never signs you up to the newsletter.

3. Who receives your data
Your data is accessible to the Frénésie team and to providers who work for us, under contract:

When a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the data privacy framework between the European Union and the United States or by the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
4. Cookies and trackers
The site sets no cookie and uses no audience measurement or advertising tool. No consent banner is therefore needed.
- Your browser remembers, for the time of your visit, the scroll position of the pages: this information does not leave your device and disappears when you close the tab.
- The map, the fonts and the photos are served by our own site: nothing is loaded from a third party without your knowledge.
- When you pay, you are redirected to the payment page of Stripe, which sets its own security cookies.
- The links to Instagram, Google Maps or another site take you away from frenesie.be: their own rules apply.
5. Your rights
You can at any time ask to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing or to receive it in a portable format, object to a processing based on our legitimate interest, and withdraw your consent (newsletter, photo). Write to us: we reply within the month.
For the newsletter, you only receive the confirmation message until you have confirmed your address, and you can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every mailing.

6. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection. The data can be read by the team only, after identification. The database is backed up every night; the backups are encrypted and kept for 30 days.
7. Minors
The site is not aimed at children under 13. An activity for a child is booked by an adult.
8. Changes
This policy may change. The date of the version in force appears at the top of the page.
